Ryan was patient and kind. He made sure my 9 year old felt comfortable by turning on his favorite show so that I could focus on business. He gave me my options and answered every question I had. And kept to the amount I was able to spend at the moment. I was very impressed with his customer service.

Ryan was a great help getting a new phone, we had problems with trying to sign into all my accounts once the new phone was setup but he assured me once I was home and on a familiar wifi, it would sign in just fine, which it did! Thanks again!
