They are unresponsive , sent them 3 different emails to 3 different email addresses and yet to get a response .

Beware of the machine operators. They will snap at you, degrade you and make you feel like you are incompetent. Most are rude. The company doesn't have cameras to monitor their performance. The operators blame the temps for everything.

Shipping and receiving guy was very rude and grumpy.
