I ordered a cheese burger with mayo and ketchup, and I got a burger with mustard, ketchup, and pickles. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for this disaster of a sandwich that I didn’t eat, but the customer service left much to be desired (I.e. confirming the order before running the card, informing me of the price, telling me to - and where to - pull ahead). Good news is, the employees get a long great and are more focused on flirting than actually doing their jobs.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. There was amazing service from a sweet young lady at the registers, I think her name was Shayna. Everything else was great but I’ve never had better service anywhere else.

The burger meat was burned-tasting. Too overcooked. Onion rings were very few for price.

Honestly this is a really good Culver’s for anyone coming off the freeway who is looking for food! The service was great! Wanted to say there was an employee I think named Amelia? She was very friendly when I was ordering. I definitely will come here again!
