I take my dogs here to get their nails trimmed. It is affordable & they do a great job! Only complaint I have is that they don't stay open for the hours that are posted (via google or their front door). They will lock up the doors 15 minutes prior to their actual closing time. I got ready, packed up, & drove my 'car-anxiety-riddled dog' there to get a 7 minute nail trim only to discover that the doors were already closed - even though I had called 30 minutes prior to ask what time they closed & was told 'in 30 minutes'. So I had to drive my nervous dog back home & unpack him only to now have to try this again this coming weekend. YES I KNOW I can avoid this by coming at an earlier time but honestly, that's besides the point. Don't tell a customer that you close in 30 minutes when you really mean 15!! But again, other then that, they really do do great work & I will be returning - but at an EARLIER time!!!

This was my 1st experience with boarding my pet. Normally, she stays with a friend. She was definitely mad at me for leaving her, but she was well taken care of.

I boarded my cat Trudy there for two months. She was well taken care of from her bath to giving her medicine. I would definitely go back. Two thumbs up!

We will never go to this place. I do not typically post bad reviews or good but in this case i must to make others aware of how their pets may be neglected and mistreated. We picked our dog up after a 11 night vacation. He reeked of old urine and his fur was soaked with urine ( under belly, legs, mouth, neck, and sides) his bottom had dried on stuck p*** all in his hair....When we called the facility the manager did credit us 3 days but the excuse was young staff that should have known to give him a bath before sending him home. We had to give him 3 baths to really clean the stench off of him. I had to close our house window while he was receiving his first bath outside as the smell of old urine was entering our home. We have used this facility for many years but always paid for a bath and grooming before he came home...so was this the treatment he received all those years. We had a bad experience qith his eyes the last time he had a bath there so we planned for his new groomer a few days after our return so did not schedule a bath. He was also very agitated when we or the groomer he loves went near his mouth for a few days so unsure what happened that caused the agitation..barking. stress or something else. When i asked to speak with the owner the manager was hesitant to give me her number as she said the owner lives in Vegas. The manager said her hands were tied as all the owner said she can do was give 3 days credit back to our card and 2 days a credit for another stay. We stated we will not be coming back. I did call and leave a message for the owner to call me...she never returned my call yet the voicemal did say hi this is Jackie...name of owner. So juat to know that your pup may be sitting in urine or feces but prior to pick up they might give it a bath so you are unaware. Thankfully we found a new place for our pup for when we are gone. I waited on this post til after incase my pup was the issue...nope the new place loves him and sent us pics every day...he had pool time hugs petting etc. He ate all his food, no anxiety calm never barked. Thankful for this new place that loves pet and treats them with respect and exemplar care but unfortunately my pup had to be at cedarcreek in the past and go thru this aweful experience and treatment. I was shocked with the care he received at cedar creek or lack there of and again never had or knew he was having a bad experience there but then after this i read reviews and saw that another dog 6mths ago had the same thing with their dog soaked with urine. So the excuse of new and young staff that they will correct and talk to has been an issue much longer. So pet owners and customers new and longer history here be aware things are not good for your pet.

Boarded our 9 month old puppy here and had many issues on pick up.While we were gone I had called to check in and it was “he’s doing fine” and it seemed like whoever it was that answered both times tried to get off the phone as fast as possible. I tried to ask if he was eating well and I got cut off and the call ended with “he’s fine” again. On pick up one of his toys took over 20 minutes to find, which was confusing as it should’ve been in his private kennel. The worker complained that whoever checked us in “didn’t do a good job with the log because there Isn’t a good description of the toy which is why we can’t find it.” The bedding was returned soaking wet to us. When we asked why it was wet the worker said “we forgot to put it in the dryer.” His two stuffed toys were returned wet as well and stuffed into a bag. We had to rewash everything when we got home as they had a musty smell as if it had sat wet for awhile. There was zero apologies from the worker beside the statement that they forgot to dry it and it was the others girls fault for not doing a good enough log to find the toy easier. He had severe diarrhea for 3 days post kenneling. We are sure he had to have had the diarrhea there as it was pure explosive liquid when he got just outside the building in the grass but nothing was mentioned about it. When we got home with him he had to go straight to a bath as he smelled strongly urine. He also seemed really stressed for 3 days post kenneling and took a long time coming back to his normal behavior.I am sad because he really loves doggy daycare here and we’ve always had positive experiences with them with dogs daycare and their nail trimming.

Have boarded our cat here several times but will not return. She was clearly traumatized this last time. The place was filthy and smelled terrible and rates were increased beyond reason.

Seems like a decent place. Boarded my 2 dogs there for 3 days over new years. I have never boarded my dogs before. They were boarded together, one of my dogs did great, the other one not so great. She was very skinny like she didn’t eat much and slept more than normal when she got home. I’m thinking one of my dogs ate the other food as I did not tell them to feed separately, but I’m not sure. They both were relatively clean but didn’t necessarily smell good. Be very specific and ask lots of questions because they don’t tell you much or really anything if you don’t ask.

My girls seemed very happy when I got them home and the care givers seemed very nice and happy to have my girls there and sad to see them leave.
