“Convenient Enterprise drop-off. They're cool to do it. Good people, very nice especially the receptionist. Car looked like it had been washed. The replaced lift gate looked better than it did before the accident and honestly the backup sensors seem to be more certain of objects (the radar comes up when you get close and always seemed a little sporadic for a few seconds then stabilized but now the sensors seem a lot more confident.)

We have 3 cars and over the years they have been hit by other vehicles, side-swiped, broken into, hit by deer, etc and Andy and his team make everything look like new. The times when the damage was less than my deductible, Andy helped find like new parts from salvage yards to minimize my out of pocket expense and make the repairs affordable without compromising quality or looks. “Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. They made sure not only was my car finished in tip top shape, but they also got me back on the road within a extremely short amount of time which helped ease my anxiety of the overall process with not having enough free time to hang around. “I had my bumper replaced in 2020. They did a great job but... the paint started peeling. I took it in and it was a defect from the bumper manufacturer. Jay's replaced the bumper at no expense. And they did an outstsnding job matching the paint. Very pleased with their work and service!”
“Last January, Walsh Auto Professionals (across from Hankerson's Bakery on Hwy 33 in West Bend), not only perfectly repaired the blown head gasket on my 2004 Ford Taurus, but they also replaced the cracked antifreeze overflow tank, all 6 spark plugs, serpentine belt, windshield washer hose assembly, two tires, and gave my car a front-end alignment, all for just $2000 (whereas, a different shop next to Charcoal Grill, wanted $6000 just for the head gasket, alone....SHEESH)!
Heck, Walsh even replaced the valve stem caps on ALL four of my tires, without charging me a dime for them! WHO DOES THAT, these days???
Most places will nickel and dime you into the poor house! But Walsh takes care of you...every step of the way!! ;-)”
“Started out as an unusual experience. Our appointment to replace the windshield took longer than expected. The recalibration they performed changed the lane departure setting to factory defaults, and we were not advised of that. During a phone call with the technician, we questioned him about this issue, and he became very agitated and hung up on us. However, after a very courteous conversation with the office manager, Carrie, things were smoothed over. We would definitely recommend working with Carrie for all your customer concerns.”
