Really bizarre that every time I do a transaction I have to ask for the balance to be on my receipt..... a receipt by definition is proof of a transaction...
And then I'd say 50% of the time I never get it written. 10% it's printed and 40% it's hand written. Very very strange standard
"Get a debit card!" "Use the app!"
It's almost like banks don't have our best interests in mind....only sales and what benefits them...

Very bad customer service here if u get an account here make sure u etc an account that won't over draft otherwise if u owe u might be like me end up owning 500.00 or more and they do that like rewinding the transactions never really had good customer service either

Nice branch, standard BMO office, but super friendly and helpful staff... willing to do notary service without an appointment. Free dog biscuits for the dog at the drive thru cashier... he loves going there for the treat and to watch the container shoot up the air tube!
