Don't expect much from Bartlein Customer Service!! I ordered a custom barrel from them and Paid to have it shipped to Tac Com HQ. The shipping was over $50.00 and they shipped it to my address and told me I was just stuck with it. The Packing slip even had the correct shipping address on it and they still wouldn't own their mistake!! I have a gunsmithing business and have recommended and chambered their barrels for years and they make a great barrel just don't expect them to help you out when they make a mistake!@!

Have used many Bartlein barrels. Most all have been great, but their carbon fiber is junk imo. Lots of voids and fraying. Each time I try another, same thing.☹️

I've had great luck with them. Their barrels are some, if not the best barrels in the world. I own 4 in various SA calibers, all shoot better than I do. My only regret is that I didn't purchase my latest in a LH gain twist and their new improved barrel steel. Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait.I've never had issues with their customer service, always polite and quick to respond to my questions. Frank even posts regularly on various forums, sharing knowledge and passion for the sport.If highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new barrel!

STAY AWAY!!!I would give them no stars if I could. They sent me damaged product and then had the nerve to accuse me of doing the damage. Then they tried to charge me to fix it. It is a pretty nice scam they have going on. Do not buy anything from this company over the internet. They take no ownership for their mistakes. On top of all of this they shipped the barrel 3 months after the order, but when I spoke to sales originally, they said they had it in stock and would ship in in 1-2 weeks. I called and wrote emails, and their response was, you're lucky to get it in less than 10 months. The ego of everyone at this company is too much. You would think that they were the only barrel provider.STAY AWAY!!!

They’ve been towards the very top of the heap of the best barres you can buy for a while now. Their barrels shoot, shut up with your minor complaints... we’re all tired & busy. Bartlein Barrels effing shoot, end of story. No complaints from me or many I know in the industry.

With the A+ help from Bartlein’s Rep, I ordered a stainless gain twist .284 barrel for a hunting rifle build. Upon getting my custom rifle back from my gunsmith, I followed a 15-shot break in. I now have a sub 0.40MOA hunting rifle. I highly recommend Bartlein barrels. Completion time from Bartlein was ~4 months which was similar to several other barrel manufacturers.

Long time Krieger barrel shooter. First Bartlien BBL and first 6.5 creed. Other Krieger is a 308. Best group is .345” center to center @100yds.
