“My son was having problems with his truck and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. We had the truck towed in on a Monday morning, Andy was quick to communicate that the truck arrived to the shop and let us know he would be in contact as soon as they were able to diagnose it. Andy and his crew helped diagnose the concern and were able to pin point the problem, gave us an estimate to do the repair and explained the time line for getting the truck back to us. We appreciated his communication and timely response even as busy as they are( there is a reason for that, they ARE THAT GOOD) We felt like we were their # 1 customer the whole time even with a 17 year old beast of a truck ! They were able to get the truck fixed and back to us and we were happy with the customer service Andy provided throughout our visit and the work his technicians did, after all we wanted to make sure the truck was fixed right and safe to drive. Andy and his crew did exactly that and even squeezed in an oil change and addressed all of our concerns.
