They got us in last minute when my beautiful boy took a sudden turn for the worse and were so kind and thoughtful as we had to get him put to sleep. I'll never forget how accommodating they were.

My dog was a pt of Dr Brilla. I had her put down on Wed, on Fri, I was bringing cans of dog food back to the clinic. I was crying, the loss was so fresh when Dr Brilla said to me( she has an ill dog herself ) "My dog has 4 different oncologists working on a plan for her to live", smiling the whole time. She had treated my dog for months. Her insensitivity was shocking. It hurt to hear how little this vet thought of us. I will never go back.

The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable with my fur babies.

This is my go-to that where I bring both of my dog's Woody and Elli both are almost three-year-old dogs. Woody is a basset hound and Ellie is a Rottweiler German Shepherd mix. They have very fair prices at the clinic this is why I prefer to make the 45-minute drive one way all the way out to iron River. I definitely save money in the long run and Dr Villa is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you have. I will continue to bring both of my dog's here as long as things have been going like they have been for the last three years. I hope this helps people and anyway.

Dr. Brilla was very helpful in determining how to proceed with a ccl tear (knee injury) diagnosis from another vet that I wasn't feeling confident about. I had major surgery scheduled for my dog at her clinic and even though it wasn't more profitable for her clinic, she recommended I cancel the surgery and wait since my dog was showing no symptoms after going off pain meds. She agreed that he could have been mis-diagnosed and said if it were her, she would let my dog resume normal activity and see if symptoms re-surface as we can do a more in-depth diagnostic then and reschedule surgery if necessary. Winters are harsh and long here so I was very happy to not have to waste any more of my dog's summer on a diagnosis that wasn't adding up. I feel her advice was sound and in the best interest of my dog.

Worst experience ever! Will not be returning. Staff was friendly. Monica not at all! They totally discriminate against certain breeds. Use caution where you take your pets, don't go just because it's close to home.

We were at our lake cabin and needed medicine for our elderly bulldog. We called Northland to see if they had what we needed and would take a prescription by fax from our vet in Viroqua, WI. They were extremely accommodating and prompt. Some really people who truly love animals
