I was in the area on the weekend and had troubles with my truck. Stewart's was able to diagnose quickly and repair my truck in a couple days allowing me to pick it up the following Saturday. They saved me the hassle of having to get a tow to Ashland and of dealing with the Chevy dealer. Thank you Stewart's!

I came to Stewart's Automotive to shop local. I trust and know Billy to be fair and honest. He is so handsom and kind and his wrenching skills are top notch! I would come back here any day for my car and small engine repair.

Helped when no one else would while passing through on vacation. Couldn't totally fix our issues but was at least willing to help diagnose the issue, reset the codes and got us on our way. Grateful Stewart's was there for us.

1 tire fixed.
1.5 hours for a patch in a 16" pickup tire.
$65 turned into $40 with a handwritten unnumbered receipt for cash.
I didn't have an appointment and didn't ask on cost so I can't really complain much but I definitely got the clear impression that repeat customers are considered a nuisance. Nice enough guy, kinda fly by night seemingly.

After leaving truck for brake repair, I had to call one week later for repair details. Another three weeks later I had to call again to determine truck was repaired and ready. No one attempted to call me, as they said they would. Not happy with price nor repair. Returned truck for proper repair. One week later I called only to be told additional work and cost was necessary. Picked truck up, as is, will never return there again. Bad experience getting daughters tires mounted and balanced, didn't bag the old tires before putting them in the back seat. Then sent the wrong tires home with her they didn't come off her car, so I then had to make a trip there to get the actual tires that came off her car

Had my sisters tires for days after she paid for them and didn't even mount them right. She had to pull over and change back to her old tire and it could of killed her. Now they want to kill her the run around and even told her to just set them in the sone to seal them. Paid them a week ago and they just ignore her when she calls or goes in. Seems like scam artist to me. Definitely not ethical work. They will cause a death.
