WORST PLACE TO GO FOR PICK UPS. Brian the shipping guy doesn’t even acknowledge drivers , no one does. Makes you wait for 30 plus minutes just to get noticed then calls our company expecting us to come back to get their freight! This is over one skid! Managements needs to step up. They need a bell or something. Worst place to come and l am a LTL driver.

I had originally given a 5. But it needs to b a 2. It use to b you could call in an order on Monday and receive by Friday. Now it take 7 days just to have order pulled and shipped. Why did this change. Very poor way to do busses.

My order from PS seasoning never arrived. I made an order from Waltons on the same day. The Waltons order arrived in four days. I still haven’t received my PS seasoning order I placed four weeks ago. One star because zero wasn’t an option.

I placed my order for a seasoning pack and several varieties of high temp cheese. I checked on the status of my order at the 1 week mark and never heard back. 2 weeks later still had not received. Received no communications from the company once order was placed. Emailed customer service and the order got “lost” in the system. Not sure how an order gets forgotten about. Customer representative said she would make sure it was shipped out the following morning. I canceled the order, got my refund, and ordered from The Sausage Maker. Received it from them in 3 days. Was not impressed with my experience with PS Seasoning. Maybe I will be back, maybe not. Time will tell. From one Wisconsinite to another, not a good experience.

I placed an order for 5 of the brat seasonings to try during our annual butchering event! 2 weeks later I called to follow up and I was told 2 of then were on backorder. No emails to indicate such. This meant we wold receive none of our order on time. I asked to cancel those 2 items and to ship the remaining 3. No problem but I would not receive them in time so now expedited shipping at my expense. I sure hope the seasonings I get are worth it!

Every order I have placed has been sent using Parcel Post which takes 4-6 weeks to get to me. I have had perishable items and lost every one. The customer service will not get back to me via email or their online contact form. They will not even call you back. I paid USPS Priority Mail for shipment. After all my attempts my humor is not there. I lose my temper with this company. If I could I would not give them any stars they do not deserve it.

I bought some Hot Honey Bee Sting BBQ sauce in Alaska thinking it was local. It isn’t. However, this will be my local for the rest of my days. I’ll probably just order a case and some other stuff from them soon.

Order came in a timely manner but was the wrong stuff in the box. Called to figure everything out. Got taken care of and received the correct order right away. Customer service is what makes a company stand out from the crowd. Very happy with the customer service.
