I had no idea this winery existed prior to our visit. We stopped in on a Saturday as soon as they opened. Due to being the first ones there we had the whole place to ourselves. The place was small, but charming and the staff were very friendly. We opted with the sampler, and I loved that we got to pick what we wanted to try. Not every winery let's you select your tasting. We picked a couple of whites, a rose and some reds. Overall I wasn't a huge fan of any of them- but I like very sweet wine and well cocktails lol. My husband on the other hand ended up getting two bottles of white wine so clearly my tastebuds are off. We had a fun time visiting the winery and I think we would stop back if we are ever in the area again. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes and was a great way to start our weekend!

With its remarkable wines, welcoming hosts, and cozy atmosphere, Cracked Barrel is a gem that wine enthusiasts and novices alike should not overlook. First and foremost, the wines at Cracked Barrel Winery are nothing short of extraordinary. The selection is diverse, offering a wide range of Midwest varietals that cater to all palates. The reds are robust and full-bodied, the whites are crisp and refreshing, and their unique blends are very welcoming. It is clear that the winemakers here are passionate about their craft, and it shines through in every bottle they produce. What truly sets Cracked Barrel Winery apart though, is the attentive and warm hospitality of the hosts. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to share their love of wine with us. They were more than happy to answer any questions you might have, and their passion for what they do was infectious. This kind of personal engagement with the hosts is what makes the tasting experience all the more enjoyable. They take the time to explain the history and process behind each wine, creating a connection between the customer and the product. It's evident that they care deeply about the customer's experience and are genuinely invested in ensuring you have a memorable visit. The atmosphere at Cracked Barrel is both comfortable and inviting. Sit at the bar, grab a table or sit on the couches, you will feel welcome and comfortable. Whether you're enjoying a glass of wine indoors or taking in the beautiful scenery outdoors, it's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time and revel in the joy of good company and great wine. Thanks for creating such a great place!

There are 3 reasons for 5 stars: 1. The owner talked with the 3 of us through our flights! Super smart and funny! Would love to hang with her again! 2. The wine was fabulous! Truly!! There were 3 bottles I could have purchased and been happy!! (Only bought 2). Will probably go back for more!! 3. Vinny. I haven't had my leg licked like that in a long time! Thank you Vinny! I'll bring a bone next time! Didn't know they had food. We ate lunch in Hudson... next time we'll just head there! You done good Cracked Barrel! Really good!!

We loved sitting outside with a bottle of wine. We arrived just before closing time yet they did not make us feel rushed at all. We will return!

This Winery has it all! We have made wine for company team building, enjoyed quarterly large group celebrations, painting, yoga and vendor events at this winery! There is also live music on special nights! It is also just a very relaxing place to stop by and have some amazing wine and food! If you haven't tried I would definitely recommend!

Cutest little winery! They've got all you need in a winery: private parking lot, gorgeous vineyard with plenty of outdoor seating (including a patio swing), indoor seating, and really friendly staff. Oh AND they've got snacks and beer for those who don't want to partake in wine.Great place for a date night, girls night, or a group! Would love to make another visit to Cracked Barrel this summer!

Serene atmosphere with the friendliest owner! This is a great place to kick back and enjoy some delicious wine with family and friends. The inside is quaint, but has a few spots to sit at the bar as well as a handful of tables. The patio overlooks acres of vineyards and each table is paired with adjustable umbrellas. The scenery is truly so peaceful.I started off with a flight and ended up liking Station best, so I ordered a bottle. They also offer appetizers and snack plates to munch on too.

This is a fun family owned, dog-friendly winery in Wisconsin. We like the atmosphere and the comfort this place has. The wines are good and the people are friendly. The owners live on the premises and are inviting and do not seem to chase you off at closing time. They have a nice, neat indoor area and a nice outdoor area that features open and covered seating. Fire pits and water features. They have some basic no-cook snacks there to munch on while you drink your wine. It is a relaxing place to hang out. There are several wines that we like here, give them a try. We always seem to meet more nice people there every time we go there. Maybe I will see you there. If you see me, come and say hi!

Hands down the best winery in the region! Beautiful location, gracious and knowledgeable owners, and AMAZING WINE! We have been to many wineries in this area and the Scion Marquette from Cracked Barrel is by far the best local wine! Also, 7 tastings for $7 is an amazing deal to try all the varietals.
