This store is horrible for not having prescription in stock and they always make me run around trying to find it. I gave them a week to fill it and no one reach out about needing more information. I am going to start going somewhere else because of this problem.

Terrible customer service. Break time is at 1:30pm, 7 cars in line and we pull up as the last car at 1:29 and pharmacist throws the break sign up. Buzzed to ask if we could get our prescription quick as we just waited in line for 25 mins with 2 antsy kids in the back after driving 45 minutes to get here. Would not grab our prescription and chose the break instead. Awful awful customer service and unprofessional. Next time, wait an extra minute to go hit your vape

Please hire younger people who move faster than a turtle. I swear they are like the slothes in zootopia.

In line at 7:45 they take 11 minutes with the first car. Chat it up with the second car and then pull the curtain closed when I can finally pull up at 8:01. No other cars. Terrible customer service. Just Rude.
When I call the store nobody cares. I have been a customer for 30+ years. After this round of pickups moving all prescriptions. I have asked my family to do the same. Before this latest incident service had Been declining rapidly. You shouldn't treat your customers like this. I wait 15 minutes and they seriously can't stay 2 minutes to help the last person that has been waiting? Positively shameful. This Hudson pharmacy group is an embarrassment.

I like the Walgreens in Hudson Wis. All the people are very nice and it's clean, and if you look around you can find some good deals. The pharmacy has always been great to me too with great employees.

Personally feel sorry for staff that work here. Corporate doesn't pay them enough for what they do and what they have to put with which is why there is a high turnover rate. And what they have to put up with are ignorant, self absorbed customers who have no idea what these employees have to put up with when dealing with these problematic customers. Never really had any real problems other than waiting longer than anticipated, but other than that everything has been fine. Sorry but the customers are sometimes wrong

The Pharmacist was very rude. I felt degraded and humiliated. I will never use the Walgreens in Hudson, Wisconsin again. The counter employee's were friendly and helpful.

I can't stress enough how awful the pharmacist and lady that handles medications! Only has partials, and said Noone really gets this! You'll probably deal with this each month! Makes me call my Dr. For medications! Went to the best pharmacy for 13 years in Baldwin and had to go closer to home. I was so happy they had drive thru! Been here 2 months and it's been a nightmare! It's garbage customer care and pulling teeth to get simple refills that I rarely ask for. Wish I looked up reviews! Makes me sad

I’d like to give a big shout out to Kelly at the photo counter. She is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and kind. I can see her smile despite the mask she wears to keep healthy. I hope management recognizes the gem this store has in Kelly!

BEEN A LONG TIME WALGREENS 30 year Customer they were the absolute best in the business WHAT happened? Long lines rude unfriendly staff they all need a class in customer service complete incompetence it truly seems to be the norm at all Walgreens I moved over from the Woodbury location thinking smaller city no change Secondly when it comes to medications the need for them and to get the orders right you can very rarely get a live person on the line no wonder why so many Walgreens are closing their doors

Kelly photo specialist did a fantastic job with helping us with making a poster board for his grad party. I hv to say Kelly was multi tasking as all other clerks were kept walking away from for desk. Kelly is a very pleasant person and cares for all customers.

Walgreens did not give us the correct QTY for a prescription today. Long story short, this is one of the many issues I’ve had with this specific location.
I’ve been on hold for an hour, still no answer. I would avoid sending your prescriptions here if at all possible. They kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold.
Pharmacist never does consults or goes over medications and look, even the window is closed during business hours.

Pharmacy Never answers phone calls (on hold for over 50 min still no one can pick up the phone) customer service has something to be desired
You may want to start to use a different pharmacy

The pharmacy has been making a big turn around this year and it shows. The staff is more knowledgeable and my prescriptions have been ready on time lately. They really do deal with alot so even though things aren't perfect I am giving them a five star to show how much I appreciate their efforts even when it's not easy. Keep up the positiveness everyone! You are doing great!

I had a HUGE debacle trying to get my husband's insulin from another Walgreen's location and was told by one of their pharmacy techs to "call around to other Walgreen's stores to see if they have what you need". I called this store and was assured that they had the necessary amount in stock and stated that I could pick it up after 10 a.m. the next morning. When I arrived a pharmacy tech casually told me that they DIDN"T have the insulin and was very dismissive when I relayed the interaction I had with the pharmacy tech the previous afternoon. After reminding him that insulin is a "life or death" drug and asking him where I should obtain it, he stated the SAME thing (almost verbatim) as the first pharmacy tech ("you can call around to other Walgreen's stores to see if they have what you need"). When asked if they could check in their system what Walgreen's stores might have the insulin, he said he couldn't do that.I was livid after not experiencing ANY compassion, empathy or even basic customer service. The whole time this conversation was taking place the pharmacist was within earshot and refused to interact with me or even raise his head from what he was doing. After over 20 years of having Walgreen's as our health partners for pharmacy services as well as other business interactions, our family has switched to another pharmacy and couldn't be happier to be treated like human beings and with superior customer service with every interaction.
