It’s like a game to call and actually talk to someone in the pharmacy - first you have to go in circles with a machine and know the secret phrase. IF you can get ahold of someone, you’ll get a different answer from each person. 9 times out of 10, no one can seem to find my filled prescription that they called and said was ready. Don’t get me wrong there are some very kind employees but others are rude and disrespectful. I’d go somewhere else but this is the closest place that carries the specific brand of medication that works for me. My family has had countless issues here over the last 4 years and it hasn’t gotten better. It’s a mess.

Never has the refills the doctor send never has them ready on time always has “issues” contacting doctors for refills terrible operating procedures they have here

The people are always nice but 40% of the time after Hudson Physicians sends an RX over, Walgreens says they do not have it in their system yet (hours after the order is sent). I’ve never had such consistent delays or lack of receipt of orders.

Every time I have to pick up a prescription here, it seems like there's some sort of issue. The most recent time, they re-filled the wrong medication. Everything also takes forever here. I'll be exploring other pharmacy options in Hudson.

Worst pharmacy in Hudson. They are either out of stock or have it in stock and work at a sloths pace to fill it. It’s never ready when they say it will be. Basically, the only way to get a prescription filled is to call ahead to make sure it’s in stock. If you’re lucky and it’s in stock, you should go pick it up a day after they say it will be ready and then be prepared to wait 15-20 min for them to fill it because they haven’t started filling it yet.

Yeah, it's never perfect, but I've had no bad experiences.I always wish the staff in the pharmacy is having margaritas next door as their lunch break, cause man, that's a stressful group that comes through in an understaffed environment. I hope they have the margs after their shift, I guess!I'm totally cool if I have to wait. The pharmacy being as concise as possible is crucial.I can be a complete blockhead with this insurance stuff, which does occur sometimes. The workers understand insurance better than you most likely! In short, be patient and kind. It's a fast-paced and stressful job. Errors occur often, but it's better things are correct and sorted in the end. Everyone is spread thin. You gotta get your Rx correct. Other than delays you'd find at any pharmacy, I've always been treated very professionally and respected at Hudson Walgreens.

Though the people are friendly, I have consistently had issues with getting my prescriptions filled. My prescriptions are rarely ever refilled on time, and it usually requires me having to go in-store or talking to someone over the phone for them to even get to filling my prescriptions. Even when ordering for same-day delivery for medications in the past, they would not get to it until half a week later, and even then it required me calling them and talking to someone over the phone to have it taken care of. I kept trying to give the Hudson pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, thinking that perhaps they were busy on the days that I needed my medicine or maybe they were low on staff, but it's been over a year upon me moving to the area and having these issues with it only getting worse. It's now taking 90+ minutes of having to wait for them to refill prescriptions upon talking to someone, and this is multiple days after having my doctor submit for the medication to be filled to begin with...If a medication is time-sensitive in any way or you're on the verge of running out, I'd highly suggest finding somewhere else to have it filled if at all possible.

They notified me yesterday my prescriptions were ready, I called 2 hours before I came to pick up my prescriptions to verify they were ready, and they were not. I still had to wait 25 minutes for a prescriptions to be filled that I was notified yesterday that they were done.Just because they are a pharmacy does not mean they are a good pharmacy, and the people are very nice but just very very slow.I'll be trying another pharmacy in town.

DON'T GIVE THIS PHARMACY YOUR BUSINESS$$! In the past 8 year's I have only had 2 good experiences. The females who work there should get a reward! Nate at Hudson,WI pharmacy should be terminated, never be allowed to work in this or any medical profession! He's rude, sarcastic, can't figure out the prescription dates so he runs you out of medication. He will retaliate by putting your prescription "under review" so it won't be filled. He discriminates against anyone who has to be on pain medication, I had major surgery due to cancer and he WITHHELD my pain medication. Nate creates a conflict with a customer then leaves it to his to co-workers to deal with it. He simply is not mature nor educated to even stand in a pharmacy! ! Walgreen's should just shut down their pharmacies since they can't find appropriate and professional worker's .Walmart is just as bad !

We have been to this location several times while in town, albeit not for prescriptions, so I can't speak to that. However, this store is rarely busy and is well-stocked with all the goodies that you could possibly need for over the counter meds and any toiletry or basic household needs. As always, Walgreens is a bit pricier for household goods and random pantry items, but have a great selection of meds and generic meds at a lesser cost.

Never had a fully smooth interaction. Every single order and visit has had some issue. Currently reading reviews from other nearby pharmacies so I can transfer prescriptions.
