I went here for the first time for a sluggish transmission. They sold me on approximately $1,000 for the repair, diagnostic charge, and a couple maintenance items. After calling me to inform me the car wasn't fixed and it would need an additional $300 flashing of the PCM, I decided to take it elsewhere.(btw- their diagnosis was still wrong, the flashing of the PCM did nothing) when I picked up the vehicle, not only did they not fix the vehicle, but they proceeded to do the maintenance items and wanted to charge me $1,000 for an unfixed, yet maintenance done vehicle. I brought it in for the sluggish transmission, not the maintenance and for them to do the maintenance BEFORE fixing the initial reason for bringing it in seems very shady to me. Business and $$ first, customer and car second. To their credit, the manager did work with me to reduce my invoice from $1,000 to $650 but it was still very unethical and opportunistic of them to perform the maintenance before fixing the only reason I brought it in. Come to find out the maintenance they did wasn't recommended on the vehicle for another 20,000 miles. Check your owners manuals, these dealerships lie about maintenance to make more $$. I would not return, nor recommend this repair shop. They took me for $650 and got me no closer to repairing my vehicle.

They were great! I was getting ready to tow my boat up into Canada and realized my trailer tires were bad. They had the tires I needed in stock and got the five of them changed and balanced with new valve stems in under an hour. Very reasonable price, Fantastic service!

Another five star experience with Tire Pros. We are so glad we found our “trusted mechanics” so soon after moving to Hudson. They have serviced our Ford Mustang (including new tires and some other work it needed,) Our Sprinter Motorhome with a Mercedes Diesel engine, and now our GMC truck, proving the versatility of their shop. One stop does it all.
Thanks again to the crew for taking such great care of our vehicles.
Absolutely the best choice we could have made in our new hometown.

My son ran over a piece of metal and his tire was leaking. We were able to get in the next day and they had it fixed within 2 hours. All employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also gave quotes on suggested further work but were not pushy in any way. Thank you! We will be back!
