I had to find a new stylist because mine moved away. I took a chance and made an appointment at Tangled Salon & Spa. Today was my first time there. My stylist was Serena. I was very nervous, especially because I have longer hair. I was first greeted by the very friendly and kind front desk gal. Then it was time to go back with Serena. I only needed to talk to her for a minute or two about the cut. Then I showed her a picture of the hair color (highlights & lowlights) that I had in mind. She only needed to see it for a few seconds. She knew. INSTANTLY her professional instincts kicked in and she just knew. I don't know how she did it within a few minutes of literally just meeting and chatting, but my hair turned out EXACTLY how I had hoped! I have absolutely NO complaints! I highly recommend Serena!! She is 100% my new stylist!! THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS SERENA AND TANGLED SALON & SPA!!

These girls will try to nickel and dime you and they’re a bunch of stuck up stylists. They will quote you one thing and charge you another and they will sit there and trash talk people right in front of clients. Do not go here.
