I will not be returning to this location. I asked for an undercut fade with the back of the head fade going much lower. He, Noah, decided to buzz the back of my head to the crown making me look like a clown. At the end of the haircut he never showed me the back of my head and sent me on my way. Got home and doublechecked. To my dismay he went very far astray from my clear and direct instructions and photos of how I wanted my hair cut. I look like I’m wearing an uncut toupe. Not even a ball cap can cover up the unevenly cut hair.

Nothing worse than a bad haircut.
I expect either a full refund or a voucher for another haircut at a location of my choosing to fix this atrocity.
Note to managing stylist: please keep a close eye on Noah. If he continues to cut hair like this customers will fail to return.

5 hour wait time. Get more stylists, that is absurd. Some of us work nights, so we have a very small window to get things done during the day. And you guys are not helping. I haven’t had a haircut in months because I can’t get in here. Bad enough I have to drive a half hour to find someone that can cut men’s hair.
