I had a gentleman come out to replace my windshield, when cutting out the old windshield he somehow got the roof of my truck. Not a nick, a huge ground out spot all the way down to bare metal. I informed the location and spoke with the manager, sent him pictures and had decent communication with him and even went to a body shop for a quote, turns out Safelite did $2000 worth of damage!!! He told me he was sending the information to corporate for approval but it wouldn't be an issue, the damage was very clearly done by the person replacing the windshield and he even told me about it and told me he would inform his supervisor, I doubt he ever told them. My last communication from the manager Ryan was on May 21st and I've sent 2 follow up emails with 0 response since then. Absolutely, unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't trust them and don't let your insurance coming use them, they are dishonest and do poor work. I've been communicating with my insurance provider so hopefully they can get their money back.

Brought my Jeep in for windshield replacement and the techs there fully test all the components connected to windshields these days and figured out the Jeeps software was out of date. So no cost to me for that analysis.

Had my windshield replaced and the next rain it leaked and water ran into the car and damaged my hvac system. They fixed the leak but refused to replace any electronic components. Will never use Safelite again!

Safelite did a great job on my windshield replacement. Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me informed on my repairs & communicated with me through out the process. I highly recommend this location.

I called the main office on Safelites website, I explained to them I didn’t want the $395.00 calibration done because the last time they did it, it reset itself. They said that was fine but once I arrived at the Hudson location they told me they couldn’t do it without doing the re-calibration.

Poor customer service. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, through my insurance company, to repair my windshield. On the day of the appointment they called to say the new windshield hadn't been delivered yet, and asked if if I could leave the car with them for the day. I didn't want to do that since the shop is over 10 miles from my home. They said they would see what they could do. Four hours later, after not hearing from them, I called back. The manager said they wouldn't have time today to do the repair, but could schedule me for next week. I said no and made an appointment with another auto glass shop close to home. I thought it would be easy to get the repair done with a insurer-recommended shop but it was just a big hassle and I don't trust them any more. Don't take your car here unless you like dealing with excuses.
