Wow! I never thought I would say that I enjoyed an experience buying a car. They were efficient, fast, and helpful when making the deal. Bets helped us and she was amazing and personable. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into making a deal.

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service! Purchased a vehicle, from start to finish, everyone was so kind, considerate and efficient. Joe was great at helping us put our deal together, no pushy sales tactics ever! Friendly, caring and easy to talk and work with. When it came to financing, Bridget was outstanding! She is the absolute best of the best. Found options, gave very detailed explanations and was so positive and friendly, through the entire process. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable discussing finances. She was very, professional and made you feel very welcome. Ken took time to come and say hello while we were there and just added the final touch to a great experience !
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

My Wife and I leased a brand new Dodge Ram with in October 2022 with sales rep. Joe A. whom has been great. Unfortunately we've experienced many problems with the vehicle in a short amount of time. In June 2023 we experience lighting issues that were resolved by dealer after three days in shop. In May 2024 the dashboard light would say on 24/7. This went on three weeks draining the battery and I had to jump start the new vehicle daily. Set up appointment with the dealer and problem resolved itself two days before the appointment. I'm sure it will come back as I don't believe in disappearing acts with no explanation. July 20, 2024 the vehicle starting running very sluggish so I got the vehicle to the dealer asap to be informed there are two sensors that needs to be replaced. I was informed sensors will be ordered and repairs will get started in 5-7 days. Called dealership and spoke with service advisor Nick whom has been fairly helpful and was informed the parts had arrived but technician is very busy over the next couple of days and not able to get to my vehicle until next week. Our unhappiness with the numbers of repairs to this new vehicle got us to the point where we've decided NOT to purchase the vehicle at the end of the term. We're also unhappy the vehicle has to sit in the repair shop even those the part is readily available. This entire ordeal over the last two weeks has left a bad taste in my mouth and we regret leasing the Dodge Ram 1500. It has been a decent vehicle over the short period but doesn't compare to the Toyota Tundra I've owned for 25+ years. The service department encounters has been ok with only oil changes but this current delay has prompt me to look at other dealers for services closer to me versus driving 30 minutes to Hudson, WI.

Service was great but the only thing was I had the wrong end of my car fixed which was 100% MY fault. Lol. Im a goof. They did great fixing the back end of my car. Service advisors were the best. I will return to get the blasted front end fixed, but need to wait cause I don't have a extra $400 laying around.

I brought my jeep here in May for an oil change and to have them look at the sunroof that leaking whenever it rained. The service advisor Jessica was fantastic!! She kept me updated and was able to order a new seal for the sunroof. The communication was great throughout the whole process and they reached out as soon as the part came in. Since having the seal replaced in May, I have had no leaking when it rains (and we have had multiple big storms!) I am so pleased with the service I received and will definitely be going back here with my jeep!

Been waiting for the service manager to call me back. 3 days now. Update finally got a call but I have not called back. Would not take anything back to this dealership . There service department is a scam.

Well I had to downgrade my ratings. Of course after my 100k mile warranty expires you NOW find the transfer case needs to be replaced, to the tune of $3200. Really. Interesting how I brought up this concern as well as a separate inspection at 35k miles, as well as my concerns brought up throughout the 70k miles of my loyal service to you. It's a shame becuase I have three teens who will be driving, and I'm not about to recommend you to them. Stillwater automotive has been the only dealership where I bought my car and brought it in where my warranty was honored and my car was actually cared for. I'm a veteran, a mother, and a loyal customer. Why on earth I have service record after service record of being ignored to the point where I now have a bill that would require financing (that you oh so conveniently have a payment plan for ... really... to keep me more indebted to you after you failed to honor work that would have been covered under the warranty), is beyond me. This dealership lacks integrity in their service agreements and warranties. I will not be purchasing another vehicle with you until you examine your leadership. Your service desk team has handled situations with a lot of grace and compassion, but holy cow, the sales, warranty, and business side of the house needs an overhaul.

Brought in my Durango for an inherent issue with the stereo. I previously took it to two other dealers to repair the problem, but they just poked around with the issue, and returned it back to me not repaired. Michael Giordano absolutely assured me the problem would be solved, even if it needed more than one trip to Hudson Valley Dodge. Well four days later my vehicle was ready to be picked up, was detailed, and the stereo works perfect (finally)! Kudos to the folks there, you guys made my experience an excellent one!

Steve helped me out selling a used car and he was everything you want in a sales rep. He was honest, didn't pressure, negotiated, and very friendly. When they brought their offer they showed their work and explained how they came up with the figure and worked with me to come to something we could all live with. Highly recommend.

I took time off from work and scheduled a 30 minute appointment to program a new key. An hour after sitting in the waiting room they approached me and told me that they ordered the wrong key and that I needed to reschedule. Begrudgingly, I rescheduled. An hour into the SECOND appointment they approached me and told me that they didn’t have the key in stock and that I’d have to reschedule, again. Twice they’ve wasted my time. If you value your time, go somewhere else.

My wife and went to look at a Cherokee Jeep. We were met by Bets, a sales person. We really put her through the wringer challenged her on everything thing, purchase price lease options other than vehicle comparisons and more. She was a consummate professional. Without hesitation showed us all options. We ultimately purchased the original Cherokee we initially looked at. Great experience.
