Jim at Imperial Boat Repair came highly recommended from several large boat dealerships in Wisconsin for Aluminum boat repair work. After speaking with Jim about the damage to our boat, we were very impressed with his knowledge and approach to repairing our boat. Jim picked up our boat at our house, quickly assessed the required repairs and provided a written quote. We forwarded that to the insurance company and proceeded with the repairs. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and Jim delivered the boat back to our house. The quality of the repair was nothing short of outstanding. Imperial Boat Repair's reputation in the marine industry is well represented. The understanding of the boat's construction, the thoroughness of the repair and the quality of the work returns the boat to like new condition. He did not take any short-cuts and we are highly satisfied with the work he has done. Highly recommended!

Called jim and he was so rude and disrespectful. The first thing he asks me is if I have the money. The whole time his only concern was money and nothing else. I confronted him on a few questions and he just screamed at me which was very unprofessional. NEVER take your boat here to get serviced!!!

Jim is the best. Drive my boat in there and he steered clear of calling it a hunk of junk but I got the picture. He knows his boats and he always said if I have any issues bringing it home just give him a call and he will come and help. Not to many people can really say that.
