I don't recommend Hudson Ford to any females unless you like to be lied to, laughed at by 4 mechanics at once, humiliated for 30 minutes that I have on video. I used the quick Lane 8/28/25 @ 2:30. I was charged 11,000 points for a oil change that should have been 5,000 points. My tires weren't rotated, per my request like I was told, oil level was 1 quart below the add line, oil filter wasn't changed, still had road dust all over it ( I have photos) I returned on 8/29 @ noon to have a redo. I was polite but stern due to having to come back, my truck was driven through the parking lot recklessly then 20+ year old he hit the breaks once he hit the curb first to park it, I now have a quarter size dent in my door from the 20+ year old with an attitude hitting my door against the lift, he only torque down the 4 top lugs on each wheel, none on the front wheels. I asked him how many lugs are on my F-150 he answered 20 so I asked how many on a wheel. He looks at my truck then says 4. Answer is 24 total, 6 per wheel (sarcasm or idiot) couldn't tell. A dirty red shop rag was stuffed inside of my wheel liner with 1" exposed that I found once home. A appointment member told me that considering I didn't buy new tires they didn't rotate them. My truck just turned over to 40,000 miles on a 60,000 tire warranty. I didn't need $1,103 dollars of new tires. I was then told by another Appointment member that I denied the rotation (Twice I was told upon asking 0n 8/28/24 that my tires had been rotated. I have this voice recorded) the same person returned then stated it couldn't be done due to my front tires having less tread than my back tires. Ridiculous statement since you always want the good tires rotated to the front steer tires for safety. I have many years experience and knowledge working for shops, racing and being around the best mechanics! Most females are michanically inclined than most men these days so think twice before making a fool of yourself when we now live in a surveillance world! Any other women been mistreated by this dealership?
THE WOMEN HAVE THE MOST MISTREATMENT WITH THIS MALE CHAUVINISTIC CULTURE AT HUDSON FORD.
A year ago I went to them for a possible lease. I waited over half an hour and when the 25+ year salesman returned without a residual value at the end of the lease term. When I asked him for it he responded... Oh, you want that too? That's the most important part of a lease, surely he knew that!

This was my second time using Hudson Collision Center for repairing damage to my Ford Bronco. Both of the times I was rear ended and the damage to my Bronco was excessive! The team at Hudson Collision was exceptional! From making sure I had a loaner vehicle, to constant updates via text, and even going a step further and working alongside both insurance parties to make sure I had no responsibility whatsoever. This is hands down the best spot with the best staff hands down!

Awesome service. I came in needing an oil change before a trip this weekend, without an appointment. I dropped off my car, they drove me to work, and picked me up when they were done. A great experience!

Came in for an oil change and a transmission flush. Expected it to take 2 hours or so. I’m a little over one hour they were done and I was on my way. Great work as usual.

My service guy Joe was excellent. The work on my car was done timely and completed. Hudson Ford is the only place I'll take my car. They even offer FREE tire rotation !

Today, I took my vehicle into Hudson Ford-Quick Lane to have my tire pressure light reset and have a few other things done.
I always know that I am going to walk out of their establishment happy and today was no different than any other time that I have been there.
It took a little bit longer today because the tire valves had to be replaced and a new sensor out in. During that time, my phone was completely dead and Jaicee even lent me a charger to use. I spent my time reading the paper, and enjoyed coffee, and ice cream.
Both Jaicee and Joe were extremely accommodating by checking with me before adding the the extra costs which I really appreciated.
I have been using this business for my vehicles for over eight years and totally trust them. The employees are very professional and friendly, and this is why will continue to do with this company.
