Heppner's did all the coordination with the insurance company. Our estimator (Janet) called each week to tell us progress. They completed early (one month when estimate was 6-weeks). The Lexus looks great!

A fantastic experience beginning to end!
Like most, I was extremely overwhelmed after getting in my accident. I had heard good things about Heppner's from family and friends, so I gave them a call to see if they could help me out.
My call was answered by an associate named Amber. She was very patient as I was blubbering to her about what had happened and how I didn't know how to go about dealing with the situation. Amber was an angel! She was able to calm me down and explain the process beginning to end in a way that made it a lot less intimidating.
I was able to drop off my car the same day and they had a rental there waiting for me. The whole exchange was very smooth and by the time I was leaving, my anxiety had drastically decreased.
After my car was assessed, i was given the estimate and a rough time line of when the work would be done. Throughout the next weeks i was updated and informed of changes by multiple associates. They were quick and thorough getting my car put back together and made it look better than it looked before the crash.
If you are looking for a team that truly cares about you and your vehicle, look no more. I can't say enough good things about Heppner's or thank them enough. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of quality work and compassionate staff.
