We rescued an 8 year old pittie, who was sent to Minnesota, from Houston after 2 hurricanes. He has skin issues, hatred of male dogs and fear of being returned to the pound. The staff here made him feel loved and gave him incredible support during his exam. It took Henry about 20 minutes after we got home to realize that we didn't abandon him like many before us have. The fact that the staff here treated him with love helped us reassure him that he has his forever home. Don't go anywhere else, this is the best veterinarian clinic around!!!

I’ve been bring my dog here for almost 10 years now and will no longer. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here over the years, and when I moved to Minnesota would still drive 45 minutes just to bring her to the same place we loved. After my last visit I have never felt so uncomfortable and guilt tripped before. My dog had an injury to her ear and was asked over and over again if I was sure I didn’t know what happened… which I don’t and to be made to feel accused is so hurtful. I was then pressured to buy her the two in one preventative medicine for tick and heart which I have always chose not to give my dog as a personal preference which is my business and was guilt tripped about after expressing that. I have LOVED this vet the last 10 years, but I cannot comfortably go in any longer after this experience with the veterinarian I was scheduled with.

I recommend asking for clarification on their fee structure. A $65 deposit is collected prior to making first appointment and is described as a no- show fee. I called 3 calendar days (2 business days) before scheduled appointment to cancel because we were able to get an appointment with a specialty vet in Mpls who squeezed us into their schedule quicker, diagnosed the issue and began treatment. I was then told my deposit was non- refundable even though I called ahead more than 24 hours ahead to cancel the appointment. The whole transaction left me feeling like their need to collect and keep the deposit fee was more important than the care of our pet. I will not recommend this clinic to friends and clients.

If you have an emergency with your pet… don’t count on this vet. They only take current clients, and when I needed to put my pet down told me it would be two weeks. Do not recommend. They do not put the animals first.

I have been going this vet clinic for 13 years. I love Becky and Vicki! The only thing is they have gotten very expensive. I understand everyone's prices have gone up but to take my two dogs in for yearly shots cost over $450. That was with no extras!

Nail trim, first time visiting. Loved that they are tucked back in a woodsy area and have land/space for my dog to walk around before going in.

Got my kitties in for checkups! The employees were all kind and informative. My fluffernutter bean bon is just dramatic as ever. Mister squish man is elderly now and they let me know that depending on the chart of reference, he may have the beginning stages of kidney disease. Very helpful to plan and provide the best care for my children.
