My screen was cracked and the power USB port did not work on my Samsung S22 Ultra cell phone. They had the replacement parts on hand and was fixed in 2 hours. Very satisfied with repair at CPR

The guy who helped me listened to the problem I was having with my near-ancient iPhone X, took my phone in the back of the shop and emerged in less than five minutes with my phone in working order. He charged me nothing. T- mobile had directed me here when they couldn't fix the issue. I will def bring my phone here when it needs fixing

My laptop screen was damaged. I looked up computer repair in Hudson. The three stores listed were out of business. I walked into CPR. I was told they would assess the repair and get back to me. They did so. After shipping delays ( not CPR issue) I was told the unit was completed. I was kept updated on timing thru out the process. The unit works well and there is no signs of repair.
I was very pleased overall with the way things worked out. I just did not know CPR would fix laptops as well as phones.
They did an excellent job and I am glad I stopped in.

Overall very happy with my repair. Had my cell battery replaced. Scheduled an appt 4 days ahead, but when I arrived, they were unaware of my appt. I was originally quoted an hour when I set the appt. However when I dropped it off, the guy said he would try to fit it in to his afternoon and would text when he was done. Never got a text and just showed up 4 hours later to check on it and it was done. But despite the minor irritations, still happy with the repair and the cost!

Very impressed with the service I received. Zach took a look at it, was honest in his assessment, but booked in in for diagnostics. When those indicated a board level problem, he looked up the IMEI and found out my Fold 5 was still under warranty, and recommended I send it to Samsung for repair, potentially saving me hundreds and a ton of time. Thanks!

Just livid! After driving 2 hours, I was notified that the back glass for the phone I was getting repaired was not in yet at 5pm! I asked the associate way they couldn’t have made a call and notified me and ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I had 2 other devices that I was hoping to get repaired as well. I have been going here for a few years, not anymore, they have lost me as a customer!

I got my PS5 in April. 2 weeks later, an incident happened where some moron tried to quickly pack the PS5 up after I said not to unbox it (we were staying in a hotel). Well when he packed it, he ended up dropping it and pushed the HDMI port in completely. It no longer had any display capabilities. It was a brick.
A week later I dropped it off at another company who said they could fix it. They then said they had to order a part; I waited two additional weeks. They called a week after that and said it could not be fixed. No explanation.
After this, I had called every electronic repair company in the state of MN, except Cell Phone Repair. Even had an Xfinity technician specialized in electronics look at it; he too said there was nothing that could be done. Many small shops, big-name shops, everything short of sending it in to Sony for repair (which, I discovered, was going to be a huge process, and a definite nightmare) all turned up unable to help.
Finally I found CPR online and their google ad suggested they can fix PlayStation 5s. I stopped into the Burnsville location, and was told by the rep there that he did not have the required parts or tools to fix it at his location, but the location in Hudson, WI could take it. He offered to drive the unit over for us, which would take a few days, or if I wanted to expedite the process, I could take it there myself. We opted for the latter.
When we got out to Hudson, the woman working the counter gave us our estimate, said it should be ready in about a week, accepted the PS5, and I went home to wait.
A week and a half later, I called about the console. I was told that the problem was worse than anticipated, but the technician hadn’t given up, he was waiting on a part to arrive.
Another week passed, so I called again. Was explained what the tech was planning on doing, was explained the problem (a cracked motherboard and two capacitors broken off, along with HDMI port having been pushed in), was basically told the tech had a custom solution in mind, wouldn’t give up, and I should hear back in about another week.
Finally, after 2 more weeks of waiting, just plain hopeful but expecting the worst, I received the call. Whoever had been working on it said it was fixed and ready to go! When we arrived to pick it up, though the wait was long because of the extra time, effort, and parts having to be ordered, I was skeptical, but again hopeful. I got home, fired up the PS5, and it worked like a dream. Oh, and I wasn’t charged a dime above the original estimate.
I have since logged well over a thousand hours on the machine since, and there has not been a single blip in its efficiency. 4K, 8k, any resolution, any graphical setting to push the display to its max, have all been output at the highest quality without a hint of there ever having been an issue.
If I could give CPR 10 stars out of 5, I would. Highly, highly recommend, especially because the PS5 is not something very many electronics experts have had the opportunity to work on or gain experience with.
It’s a novel, I know, but this place is worth every word. If you’ve got something you need repaired, this is THE place to bring it if you want successful, quality results.
*** an update from 2 years later: the HDMI port has not had an issue, and the PS5 still works wonderfully after thousands of hours.
