The instructors here are all extremely supportive even if you are like me, a little over weight and not really able to do a lot of the exercises, they help you and encourage you no matter what level you are at! It is awesome to feel so good about myself, thank you to all the beautiful women at this studio!

Extremely impressed by the friendliness and attention to students thus far. They have gone out of their way to make it a good experience for new students! Prices are very reasonable.
