You couldn’t ask for better customer service from Associated Bank’s Penny Hietala and Teresa Dresser. They go above and beyond and are so involved in the community. I highly recommend them.

Best bank! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you and smile when you come in. I’ve done numerous transactions at this bank and would not go anywhere else. Stacey C, banker, is amazing. Jason in mortgages is very helpful. Tellers always friendly, accurate and fast.

Not only does Associated Bank have incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, they are also incredibly generous. Thank you so much for sponsoring our 2019 Bowl For Kids' Sake event and giving back to the St. Croix Valley Community. Your generosity helps support children of adversity through Big Brothers Big Sisters of NW. Wis. We are so grateful for you!

I have been with Associated Bank for over 20 years and they have made some changes that I don't really care for. One of them is to not have their drive up open before 8 am and for this particular branch it's 9 am. Most people who need to use the bank will stop on the way to work or after work. Either way, it's a bit inconvenient. The nice thing is that they have lots of locations for ATM's in WI and MN. They have been rapidly expanding (buying regional banks) to become the largest WI/MN banking system. They now offer a debit card with rotating rewards based on where you shop. Recently, they added Caribou (which I like) and you get a reward when you shop there (like 15%). Hudson has 4 bank locations which I think is kind of overkill and only one in Woodbury off Radio drive which is kind of a pain in the butt to get to. I rarely go into the bank but the handful of times I did, they were always friendly and helpful. They have a decent banking website which makes it easy to reconcile my account during the month (between statements). They also have agreements with some banks like Bremer so you can get cash at those ATM's without fees. All in all a decent bank compared to the big banks.
