Apparently the staff and vet don't know they write a year long script when I started using chewy. My dog ran out of pills and they refused to refill the script for her heartworm. Reason was because they said chewy should not have been able to send me the pills back in May. Oh I'm sorry did you poeple really think that I could get her meds without Authorization. If I could they would not have called you for a new script. When the old one ran out. Really how stupid can a vet really be to think I could have gotten her meds without it being already Authorized but now they need call an Authorize a new script. Probably because the old one ran out kind of like people scripts, you know. You ran out of something they have to call the doctor to get more.

Dr. Bray and her staff are amazing! We have a high needs pup who has received nothing but VIP service at Animal Care Center! I would highly recommend to any pet parent!
