Friendly. Helpful. Local. But...this morning I received an automated text at 8 am telling me my prescription is ready. The door says you open at 8 am today. I'm here at 8:28 am. But there's no one in the store. The phone goes to voicemail. I need my prescription. I need to go to work. Do better.

Used to frequent this drug store as a kid and remember it being a great place and my parents loved it. Stopped in when I was running late to grab one item. Staff was rude and selection for non pharmacy related items was under par and over priced. Sad

Best pharmacy! Excellent pharmacists and pharmacy team members! Outstanding service! I don't use Express Scripts because our family likes the personal service and care we get from everyone in the store. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a prescription sent here instead of a chain pharmacy to support local business. While I waited for the pharmacist to consult with me about my new medication, he was sharing conspiracy theories about COVID-19 with the patient in front of me in line, and told this person that COVID is no more dangerous than the flu. As a frontline healthcare worker (who has seen firsthand the heartbreak and suffering caused by COVID) I was extremely alarmed that a trusted healthcare professional in our community would give out such dangerous misinformation so freely.

I used the pharmacy at the stillwater clinic for years (sadly they will have ceaced operation by the time you read this) but since moving back to Hudson, I wanted something closer. I tried Walmart against my better judgement (I like a pharmacy with a website) and dreaded ever single time I had to deal with them. But then I tried mickelsen's. And am so relieved I did. They treat you with respect and go above and beyond what the corporate chain pharmacies would ever even concider. Do yourself a favor and and give them a Try. You'll be glad you did.

Everyone here is friendly, polite, and helpful. The last time I was there, they even double-checked my insurance and found that I had met my deductible and didn't have to pay for my prescription.
