I appreciate the consistently friendly and helpful service provided by the employees. However, I wish to bring a few concerns to your attention to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Firstly, the store's size can make navigation challenging, particularly during peak hours. I recommend exploring opportunities to optimize the layout for better customer flow.
Secondly, the introduction of self-checkout lanes has presented some issues. It appears that registers are not opened promptly to alleviate lines, resulting in longer wait times.
Lastly, while I understand the efficiency self-checkouts aim to provide, I feel that customers who are effectively ringing up their own purchases should be incentivized, potentially through a small discount or rewards program.
I hope you will consider these suggestions. I am a loyal customer and want to see my shopping experience improve.

I love Aldi. Literally the same products at a huge discount. The Aldi brand is comparable to any name brand food. Y'all are sleeping on Aldi. The produce is what I mainly buy here. It's so cheap. The herbs are great and also a lot cheaper than anywhere else. They are also organic herbs. Maybe I should gatekeep this gem.

Never had any luck with the produce here! It always goes bad within days of getting it home. Food options are very limited.
