“I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Beachem since shortly after he opened (almost 20 years for me). Dr. Beachem is always very knowledgeable about and patient with my dogs. He was even knowledgeable about one of the dogs I adopted that had Addison's disease - not all vets have much, if any knowledge about this disease, and with me being new to it, he was patient and very helpful so we could provide her with the best care to manage the disease. Dr. Beachem is more on the quiet and reserved side, which may be seen as a negative with some people, but rest assured, he does care about the animals he is treating, and he is very patient when listening to concerns and willing to answer all questions. Pricing is also very competitive, if not better than many clinics in the area. I highly recommend Richfield Area Pet Clinic for your dog and/or cat's healthcare needs.”
“We have had great experiences with all the staff at North Lake but particularly Dr. Hamm. Our almost 13 year old dog has been going through a lot of health issues lately and she has been so great with communication with test results and suggestions for changes to his meds/health plan. “Barbie and I took our very sick new Yorkshire Terrier Puppy to the
Germantown Animal Hospital on Thursday, October 3rd. The staff was so kind and compassionate, and Dr. Ashley spent time with our Winston by sitting down on the floor with him so that she could sense what was really wrong. Her accurate diagnosis and subsequent medication prescriptions have our new little puppy running and playing and sharing love and kisses. We are so grateful and also pleased with the affordable costs involved. The incredible staff at GAH is clearly on top of their game and really care about the health of every treasured pet that has the blessing of their care.”

“This has been my main vet for a while, but recently I had a GI stasis scare with my bunny and their team was able to get me in within hours of my call. Everyone there was extremely empathetic when working with me on payment while having my bunnies health first priority. They also did follow-up check in calls and were able to get me critical care feed for free with my buns meds same day.
Highly recommend this vet for any bun parents looking around, they'll be in great hands here :-)”

“Dr. Sue & her Staff have been wonderful to my family, both our pets, and the people among us for close to 25 years. I've been having a very tough time with the loss of my last dog, who is gone far too soon, but she made it as comforting as one of the most terrible days I've ever had in my life could be. Just a horrible circumstance. Dr. Sue went so far beyond with her time and comfort of my young boy in his last hours that I won't forget it. She doesn't know this, but 30 minutes after I left we were greeted with a distinct rainbow road to the east, directly over the clinic in Slinger, and I was with family to witness it. I don't feel any better about this loss, but he told me he was okay.
I've been to other veterinarians in the past, and the difference here is the genuine care and compassion for your pets. She's running a business that deserves to earn a profit, but you don't feel like a transaction. Your pet is treated like a living part of your family in their care. She wants them to thrive, and that's important. She is leaving a legacy of being a fine example to the profession for other veterinarians, and techs alike.”

“We had the best experience at Lakeview! This is our third puppy and the best first puppy visit we’ve ever had. The vet assistant, Mackenzie, was so through with our puppy visit and gave such great information and kept our puppy busy so we could listen with our full attention. Dr. Augustin was the best vet ever. She was the most anttentive and sincere vet we’ve worked with. She answered questions honestly and asked us the best questions. Our puppy loved being there and didn’t even notice she got her shots! I couldn’t recommend Dr Augustin and her staff enough!”
“Dr. Good and Dr. Kreuger are amazing! The staff is just as wonderful!! We have been taking care of our senior Shih tzu for the last month with the watchful eye of Dr. K. She was dutifully returning every call we had when our girl was getting worse. Today we took our 17 year old baby for the last time and put her down. We have been dog owners for 45 years and this clinic made us feel so comfortable during this terrible time. If you are looking for compassion at fair prices...this place is the best.”
