THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM! THIS GUYS TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME, MY CAR JUST HAD A ABS LIGHT ON WHICH WAS JUST LOCKED. THE CAME OUT SAYING I NEEDED TO REPLACE A ALTERNATOR WHICH WAS $900ISH TOTAL. MY MECHANIC SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. I WAS OUT OF TOWN WHICH MADE THEM THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO GUILT IN LYING IN YOUR FACE. I HOPE THEY LOOSE CLIENTS FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER. THE HEADACHE AND TIME CONSUMING THEY TOOK FROM ME.

I bought a great car from here several months ago and feel that I was treated well. The owner and his son were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you have anymore 99-01 Honda CRV's pop up with low miles, hit me up!! I'd like another one!!

I bought a Taurus from this place about a month ago. Since then it's had so many brake issues, I brought it back once and they said they did a whole back brake job since something had exploded..but now it's grinding again, but it's been past 30 days and I don't think they'll even look at it anymore. I'm just so disappointed.

I purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V from Richfield car company. Chad is great to work with and made them an easy choice. The price was fair and they take care of you. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light turned on. Thisbwas due to an O2 sensor that had to be changed. I brought it up to Chad and he willingly changed the part out for no charge. I'm confident my next vehicle will bought from him again!

On January 14th, 2021 I bought a car from the Richfield Car Co. Chad, the owner/salesman seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Chad gave the CARFAX to me which revealed the car's service history and we completed the transaction after a few minutes of negotiation. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'll be sure to stop and see Chad first. I'd highly recommend Chad to anyone else looking to buy a used car.

Owner was very nice. Older reviews may have been speaking of former owner? He showed us the items he replaced-very thorough. Cars were priced fairly. Nice vehicles-no hoopties. I would go back.

I LOVE Richfield Car Company. Chad was so great to work with. Honest, reasonable, and willing to negotiate. I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback and it's super dreamy. Chad had it checked out by Somer's Subaru, who gave it a clean bill of health, but just to be sure, I had it looked at by my mechanic who agreed and told me, "Buy this car, now."Thank you Chad for helping me through the hoops of the used-car-buying process! This is my verbal recommendation to go to Chad for your used-car-buying needs.
