Awful branch. Went in to have some account maintenance done and upon entering the woman sitting down was filing her nails and wouldn’t even look up at me. The other teller had her sign of returning soon up and was on her personal cell phone. The woman filing her nails was the one is was directed to and she didn’t stop filing her nails and proceeded to tell me she had no clue how to do what I was asking, which is a simple task a banker should know how to do. They then told me to come back a different day and maybe someone else would know how to do it. I told them I would go to a different branch because of the unprofessionalism. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from a BMO.

Booked an appointment to use a notary.. Arranged appointment with multiple parties only to find out when we arrived that they won't provide notary services to "non customers". Would have been nice to know on the phone.

Love bmo bank hate this branch dont work with them or get a checking account with them there. I got a checking account with them 10.5. gave them the promo code to get 200$ after 190 days opening a checking. Never got my money i called emily power the manager left voicemails. never get a call back. All the other branchs want to help me but i have to go threw this branch get my money. What kinda manager does that. Lie right to your face knowing you are not going pay u.

Had nothing but a great experience at this BMO Harris Location. The branch manager, Emily Powers, is incredibly helpful and truly took time to explain in detail what they could offer us when making a few adjustments to our accounts. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for the positive experience!
