Muffler fell off my truck half a mile away. He came out to cut it off and took a look at what I needed on site. He called me shortly after with a quote and ordered the new muffler right away.
I brought with me a new taillight I haven’t had time to put on that I ordered and has been sitting in my garage for a month. I said “if you have time, just tack on to what I owe you, if not no big deal.”
Repair was done same day as scheduled. He repaired the taillight too.
My total balance due was less than the quote. I’ve never heard of that in the service industry.
Great experience. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else as long as I’m in town.

“I came with no appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Thinking I would be there for at least 2 hours. Bought my work laptop so I could get some work done.while I waited. Made a couple calls enter a few things in my laptop next thing I know they came an got me said my vehicle is ready. That made my day.”

“Took my car here to get an tuneup and replace my catalytic converter and I have no complaints. I will say honestly it did take a little while to get my car fixed but that’s because he is by himself and no employees. Not only that he went above and beyond to fix my car. This was my first time taking my car to Eddie and he fixed what needed to be fixed and I will be back. I have a hard time trusting people in this business but Eddie is affordable and trustworthy. “I took my Honda to a dealer for repairs twice for the same problems and both times they failed to find the cause. I was completely fed up with their lack of knowledge and professionalism.
Then I remembered that Tyler Sack at Master Tech in Slinger was Honda certified and gave him a call. He was familiar with the problems I was having and assured me they could be fixed.
I took my car to Master Tech the next week and what a difference!!! Tyler and David has a precise understanding of my problems, sent me photos of the cause of the problems and explained everything in perfect detail.
After almost a year of disappointment, my car was right back to perfect. And along with the repairs I came for, they gave the car a keen inspection and found one additional problem and took care of it.
I couldn’t be happier than I am with this jewel of a repair shop in Slinger, Wisconsin. My 2015 Accord runs like new.”

“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”
