“I worked with Ben at this Verizon store. He remembered me from 2+ years ago. He was friendly, and attentive. He even stayed late to make sure my data transferred. I had a lot of data and it took quite a while to transfer to my new phone. He was very personable. I didn't feel like I was talking to a robot while waiting for the data to transfer. He is the reason I drive 45 minutes to go to this store instead of the store 15 minutes from my house.”

The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. “The staff is very friendly, Cellcom will always be there to help you with your questions and issues related to your cellphone service. They don't help with Facebook related stuff usually but I don't blame them, they are not affiliated with Facebook so why should they? Wait times can vary and I wouldn't walk in thinking your gonna get out in less than 30 minutes or so, they are very thorough.”

I'm a brand new customer, and I went into the store with my phone, computer and internet device, thinking someone had hacked my internet b/c it kept saying on the device No sim card. I tried to insert it a couple times and thought I had it, but Candice fixed it and showed me the problem. Then we went into the T-Mobile app on my phone to add internet and she showed me where it is on my computer, too. I kept telling her how easy it was with her help and how great she was, and she would say, "Thanks, friend. I'm glad you are happy," and things like that. She called me 'friend' which I think is really great and made me feel really included and welcomed into the T-Mobile family. Such a great experience! So far, so good, TM! So every is done at store including the streaming services…. Everything…. Getting done at home and through online is a pain and delays it even more …. 5 months later …. Knowing my phone was getting older, I have been talking about updating the phone for the last 2 years or so. From past experience, I dreaded updating the phone, equating it to going to the dentist for major work. I decided it was finally time so I went to this store and received excellent customer service from Chad. I was in and out of the store in approximately 1 hour with my Samsung S24+ in hand. Each screen on my new phone looks just like my old phone. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Chad!”
