Here most days of the week has improved alot this year overall service is the biggest one! Went in the other day expecting hrs to get orders ready and they were all there waiting! Saved me 2hrs I bet was very happy!

Where I bought my carpet for my home, and paint from my deck and all sorts of other goodies with better prices than other home improvement stores, staff that is knowledgeable helpful

I’ve been going to Menards for 30 years. Today I took my motorcycle and brought my back pack so I could bring my item home in it easily. On the way out I was asked to open my backpack to see what was inside of it. I asked why, and they said that’s what they do. Nothing was in it besides my money and the item I bought. I didn’t see them ask every lady to open their purses. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. If you ask me to open my bag, you better start searching every purse in there, I’m not happy. Not sure if I’ll be back.

I am absolutely irate right now! Paid over $300 for an exterior door for my business, hired a contractor to install it, well, as we are taking the cardboard and wrap off we noticed it was dented EVERYWHERE. Called the store and the manager was very professional, was going to order me a new DOOR ONLY (no frame) so I can grab that, swap it out and return the damaged one. Then I get a call back from the GM saying “I need to return it first, they won’t let a $300 door go out of their store without being paid for”, but then blamed me for the damaged door about how “I picked it out”. I BOUGHT IT ONLINE, everything was waiting for me when I got there! So he wants me to leave a big gaping hole in the back of my business with thousands of dollars of products inside, while I now waste 2 hours of my time just driving and either returning the door or buying a new one?! What kind of customer service is this?! This “GM” Brad is absolutely clueless and kept talking about policy?! What’s the policy on selling damaged goods?! Considering the damage was behind the cardboard how would I even know?! Ridiculous! Do NOT shop here, they will steal your money and sell you damaged products! Zoom in on the photos the kind of products they sell to other BUSINESSES
