“I went to kwik trip this morning and never used a coffee machine before and the lady behind the counter came and helped me. we lost power and were up all night bailing the sump pump hole by hand, every 15 min. to a half hour. She showed me and explained everything to me. Many thanks to you.”
“I appreciate the extra long hoses that allow me to fill up on the driver's side, regardless of which pump I found available. I also appreciate the revised collar between the spout and the handle, which seems to reduce the odor during the process. The prices have been less than anyplace else that I have used.”
“When I first walked into this Kwik Trip, I was immediately greeted by an employee. They were so welcoming and so kind. Upon looking around the store, I noticed how clean, well lit and all around wonderful it was. The hot bar was well stocked, the employees all looked very happy, and overall one of the greatest stores I have been in.I am from about an hour out of town. I come to Green Bay every so often to go to Tundra Lodge. This Kwik Trip happens to be the one I pass going in and out of the city.During my visit, I grabbed the items I needed and headed to the counter to check out. The cashier gathered my items and read me off a total. Of course, great prices and quick service. She bagged up my items handed me my bag and told me to have a nice day. I waited for her to tell me she'd see me next time but, she hadn't said that. I walked to the door, confused. Am I welcome back? I walked to my car puzzled, the best store I've ever been into and I don't know if i'll ever have the option to return again.Now when I come to Green Bay, I have to drive by in disappointment to the next Kwik Trip over. It's nothing like this Kwik Trip.My opinion of this store, It's amazing, stop if you can, and I hope they tell you to come back.”
“This Kwik Trip is my favorite KT! When I walk in, I feel like a friend. Always a Smiling and Kind face to greet me and then wish me well. We have a laugh about the silly name for the Karuba Gold machine. I love going here! “Tall Franke to go, please!””

“One of the coolest gas stations around. It's one of those places that reminds you of the cool things that make a small town special. I know it is just a gas station, but it has a special spot in the community and makes everyone who stops in feel like part of that. Additionally, they have been very accommodating to my students with special needs.”

“You know, I honestly never thought I'd write a review on a gas station, but this place is just so great that I have to let others know about it. GCS has stores sprinkled all throughout the Green Bay area, and this location on University is the closest to my home. What sets this place apart from other gas stations is threefold. 1. It is locally owned. It is not just a Shell station, but a family-run company that's been in the area for a long time. 2. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3. The amenities - free air, free vaccuum, a great touchless car wash, full convenience store, as well as an A&W restaurant. It's weird to say 'I love this gas station,' but trust me, this place is doing everything right.”
“Friendly staff and they always have the things in stock I may need to pick up on the way home after work. I just miss stopping in early morning before 5am to get stuff before work.”

“Had the pleasure of going to this location for the first time!The store was unusually clean and organized!!I really want to take time to compliment Kathy Milton at register 1!She was very so very bright and welcoming, big smile and full of quick-witted delightful conversation! And that is no easy feat at 5am...This employee really ..exemplifies the "kwik trip way" and is a true asset to your company!!Of all the other gas stations in the area, the next time I am in Green Bay, I will make sure to stop there”
“Plenty of space to fuel)park if you are a semi or truck pulling a trailer/RV. Lots of pumps. Opens at 5am and 8am for Casino open. Restrooms and Casino are very clean and neat. There is a restaurant inside. Friday Fish fry. Very well lit pumps and lot.Casino ATM only dishes out $100 bills when I took out $200. =I prefer a few $20s. But regular bank ATM dish out $100s now also (ask for $300 = you get the $100 and rest in 20's)”
“Great diesel prices and very quite overnight parking for semi trucks. Limited space so get here early to claim your spot but seems like most trucks don't know about this place so it had space for longer then most places even in the evening. Try the turkey on cranberry bread it's surprisingly good.”
“The big guy that works on the weekends is cool , friendly and helpful ...everyone else I can't understand much at all. Not sure how one runs a successful business in a country where you don't even know the language ..or seemingly even try to learn it ..”

“This is a great gas station to stop it. I like Kwik trip because they have it all, a bit of everything that you may need. Fueling up here is easy because of all the pumps available and the multiple places to pull in and out. They employ enough people to get you in and out quickly as well. This is certainly a big bonus for me and seems to be the standard of all Kwik Trips. I strongly detest waiting in long lines at gas stations, especially when they only have one or two employees total. The store is kept up well and I always see staff actually working while at work. It is great.”

“My husband and I were on vacation when our son noticed he had a flat tire once he got to work. This was the only place near his work that was willing to help us that day if we could get the tire there. They squeezed us in their busy schedule to fix it. Alex was extremely pleasant and very willing to help us out. He even found more wrong with the tire, a big hole and 2 leaks in the seal. Fixed eveything for us in under under 30 min!!!!”

“This review is for the A&W restaurant. It is rare that a fast food place earns 5 stars from me. I stopped in during a long bike ride to get a well earned burger. I got the #5 bacon burger with onion rings and a root beer. I always love the frosty mugs you are offered. Makes the root beer extra refreshing. The burger was well made and the toppings fresh. The onion rings were crisp and paired nicely with the spicy sauce. Extra points because they should have charged us extra for the spicy sauce but we had already paid so they waived the fee. Overall the location was clean and the staff was friendly to us the entire time even checking in on us. I would stop back in if in the area.”

“It's so much cheaper buying kerosene here in bulk than those overpriced little bottles you find in the store. Also a great stop for live bait and minnows which we have many fishing opportunities nearby.”
