The employee tom is rude and disrespectful on top of being slower than a snail a few weeks ago my wife was crossing the street with 2 big buddy in a drink carrier when the handle to it broke because it's made with cheap cardboard and employee like tom is making her feel ashamed of it even today she was just there to grab some big buddy for me and tom looked at her and said try not to drop these and then laughed at her making her not want to go back to that store

Old school KT, all good except the ATM like to spit out 50's which is awkward. Nonetheless, the broke one for me at the counter so that helped. Nice store, nice folks!

There is ALWAYS an issue here.. this store is always out of something.. something is always broken and something is always on back order.. this is the worst Kwik Trip I've ever had to deal with. The new employees are not trained, I've had to get receipts every time because the new morning person always shorts me or double charges.. this is a place that reminds me of the stores in the ghetto..

I usually come in 1am-2am after getting off work and everytime brennon is working, there is absolutely no hot food at all.Pretty good way to lose customers.

So I normally don't rate convenience stores but as a transplant to WI I have become a KwikTrip addict...part of which is a consistency of experience. Honestly I am not sure how this spot got approved as a franchise. Is more like a dated, aged 7-11 that someone pawned off. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like a 70's dive bar that hosted a smoke-a-thon. Sorry, but it is not representative of the KwikTrip brand we have come to love.

Never have coffee made at five in the morning. People want fresh coffee for on the way to work. Well not at this place you won't get it because there isn't any made. Unfortunate.

If you own a 2020 Ford vehicle DO NOT STOP at this gas station. They're security system will disable your vehicle, you will get a NO KEY DETECT error and your car WILL NOT start. I spoke with the manager and they are aware of the problem but why is there nothing posted on their pumps? I won't go to this gas station again.
