I joined Zen and Pow for a personal journey of bettering both my physical and mental well being. When I am having stressful days, the one certainty I have, is knowing I can let it all out in one of the many classes they offer. It can be an hour into my work day and I am already looking forward to class that evening. I can’t wait to be able to take time for myself… to breathe… meditate, stretch, work my body and mind until the stress is less. Each class, no matter if it’s cardio or yoga, focuses on YOU- you being proud of yourself for “doing hard things.” They allow for time at the end of each class to just let it all out. I amso happy to have Zen and Pow in my life. I can count on them to lift me up and believe things will be better and I that I am worthy and I can take on this life and let go of unnecessary thoughts and feelings that can hold me back!

Zen and Pow Studio has been so welcoming! The studio team and other members are so much fun and motivating! Each class is fun but also a great workout. The yoga classes are great and really focus on doing what is comfortable for you! Zen and Pow had been a great community to be apart of! Highly recommend!!

Zen & Pow is unlike any other gym I've been too - it is an incredibly welcoming and supportive community! From my very first day, I felt like I belonged which gave me the confidence to keep going and try new classes. I have enjoyed every class I've taken but my favorite has been barre bootcamp!

Zen and Pow is an amazing studio! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and so are the other members that attend classes. The classes offered are effective, fun and creative. About a year ago I jumped back into my fitness journey and this studio has helped me to love exercising again. :) I HIGHLY recommend people attend Zen and Pow regardless of your current fitness level - you won't regret it!

Life is all about balance. Balance between work, life, and overall health. Zen & Pow has helped me maintain all three of these on my journey! The variety of class offerings gives me balance in the type of workout I am needing based on how my body is doing that particular day. Having multiple options for class times and even the ability to choose an in-person class OR to attend a class virtually has been the key to successful consistency for me to make fitness a priority. I am GRATEFUL to be a part of this amazing community and feel so supported here!

Zen and Pow is the best fitness studio you will find. The variety of classes is amazing. All instructors are inviting, accommodating, and kind. The classes are fun and engaging. Overall, great community of health, support, and self-love.

I have LOVED my time at Zen & Pow so far! I signed up for my 6-week trial and the next thing I knew, it was already over. Time flies when you're having fun! To be honest, I was extremely nervous about joining a gym. I haven't worked out in quite a while. However, I was craving a group of supporters and a place that I didn't feel judged. This was it! The instructors acknowledged me and made me feel super comfortable. Everyone assured me that I would get stronger and workouts would get easier as I kept coming. The variety, music, themed nights...it all added up to make working out much more fun. When my trial ended, I had already decided I would commit to the whole year. I am physically and mentally stronger and have made a few new friends at Zen & Pow. Overall, I've gotten exactly what I was looking for! 5 stars!

A few months ago I was feeling weak, tired, and just overall unfit. I had been watching some posts about Zen and POW Studio. It looked like a great place to work out and connect with people. So I decided to try it out and I am beyond thrilled I decided to do it! Zen and POW Studios offers SO many different classes. I have tried several and found the ones that fit me and I really enjoy doing. The instructors are just fabulous, friendly and are excellent at modifying the workout to your abilities. I have progressed significantly and am feeling healthier than I have in years! Beyond the fitness aspect I have connected with some wonderful women! Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive it is a joy to come to the classes. I am so thankful I took the leap to become a part of the tribe at Zen and POW Studio!

Everytime I step into a gym I've felt out of place and so intimidated I'd want to run right out the door (and I don't even run)! A friend of mine asked me to join her at Zen & Pow, I gave a few classes a try for one week, felt amazing, and joined the tribe! Zen & Pow has such a fun and upbeat studio and crew. Each room has music playing and an instructor encouraging you to push yourself but only as far as you feel comfortable. I also LOVE the wide variety of instructors and types of classes! Dance, kickboxing, yoga, and strength are some of my favorites!The sense of not only enjoying a workout but also feeling apart of a workout group is AMAZING! If you've been struggling to get your buns to the gym, feel uncomfortable working out infront of others, try Zen & Pow with me, you'll never leave! Ha!

We had the best time in our private yoga party! This was a gift for my sister’s milestone birthday. Stephanie made her feel special and gave us a morning of relaxation and refreshment. Highly recommended!

Stephanie & all the trainers are fantastic. Zen and Pow is a great place for anyone looking for a positive outlet, as they offer a variety of classes to help you with your personal wellness! I'm newer, but feel so very welcomed into the community!

Zen and Pow is a tremendously uplifting, supportive community. The teachers exude positive energy and a love of life. They go out of their way to offer alternative moves, methods, or weights so you can personalize your workout--either to challenge yourself or to take it down a few notches if you're "not feelin' it" on a particular day. I love having the ability to alternate days between "Zen" and "Pow" workouts/rooms and the ease of scheduling classes through the app. Steph and the rest of the staff strive to keep things fresh with special events (both "active" and "educational") and fun and motivating promotions. If you can experience a trial class or week, open house, or "sampler class" event, I highly recommend you check it out.
