I have consistently received excellent service whenever I have visited the establishment to ship a package. The staff at the front desk are both knowledgeable and efficient.

This isn’t the first time our packages have either been delivered to the wrong address or they can’t find where they delivered them too! I have been very kind and patient but when a package says delivered and you are expecting two and you get one it is a little upsetting. Especially when you call them several times in this matter and they keep saying to call back. It’s like no find my package, especially when two other people from our complex is also missing their packages. I understand mistakes but this is ridiculous on how much they keep screwing up! They need to start scanning and taking photos of where they delivered the package too just like other deliveries services.

Always some boomer in here taking 30 min to ask shipping questions or complaining about an ebay seller that they have no control over. To the guy trying to ship an antenna but not wanting to pay 8 dollars, it's not 1960 anymore bud, why get mad at the employees who already don't know how to do their job.

Not very friendly most of the time and very unhelpful. While this may be due to limitations they have as a whole.. Never have answers for you and seem to blame others or just have no idea what's happening.
Unfortunately it makes sense why the USPS loses money year after year.

Not sure what's been the issue with mail delivery since September but it's really gotten slow. September 1st my parents sent something from Texas to me in Wisconsin, it took 14 days for me to get it. At the same time I returned a GameFly item it took approximately 12 days to get to their warehouse. Since then about 75 percent of my GameFly items take 10 days plus to reach their warehouse, and 7 days plus to arrive at my house. To put this in a nutshell, I can drive in my car to anywhere in the Continental United States in less than 30 hours drive time, for a professional business to take longer than it would be to hand deliver it is unacceptable.

My and several of my neighbor’s personal mail and packages have been mixed up multiple times. Two of some of my latest deliveries have arrived two days late. On top of that, I was repeatedly delivered the wrong parcel box key for three of my most recent packages. I called about the missing packages and the woman on the phone treated me like I was stupid and like I wasting her time. I eventually received my packages on my porch after 4 phone calls over the course of two days. They ended up claiming that the key they gave me opened two parcel boxes and I was opening the wrong one, and because of that they “needed to replace the key” (??) even though I had previously tried to open the “right” box several times without success. Unfortunately, I no longer trust a word they say. Very frustrating, patronizing, and disappointing.

We’ve been getting our mail between 2:00 to 6:00 pm! Most of the time we get someone else’s mail. Our neighbors brought our mail to us at least 6 times in the last month. What is going on?

They lost our package. They cant read numbers. Whoever sent our package to the wrong house should learn how to read and count numbers. I literally live a block away from the postal office. How do you screw up that bad? The people handling our situation are careless. It's been a week and they still weren't able to retrieve it. It seems like they're not taking our situation seriously. I'm frustrated because you guys are wasting our money and time. Do better on everything

USPS can’t help at all when it comes to a lost receipt. I lost my receipt with the tracking number and they apparently have no way to retrieve that type of information. Luckily I spoke to Nick at the 526-4450 number. He was able to find it for me. Thank you Nick!

This package was delivered to my home today. Even though the box was marked FRAGILE on two sides, the box was crushed. The contents of this package are worth about $1000 and I have yet to open the box. I am taking it to the post office tomorrow to open it in front of the person in charge.

It's hard to believe anyone had a problem here. I come in wait patiently in line pay my postage and walk out. Happens like that every single time. The bad reviews are coming from problem customers that want the employees to do things that the post office doesn't do. It's simple. Pay the postage. Don't ask for any random special favors and let them do the rest.
