“I recently purchased a 2009 Saturn from J’s ,after driving the car for about a week determined a head gasket was leaking. I phoned the dealership, they told me to bring the car in so they could look at it. They looked at it and agreed that it was in fact a head gasket leaking. They told me to take the car to Holmen Collision and repair and they would make arrangements to have it fixed at no expense to me! A week later they called and told the car was ready to be picked up. Picked it up from Holmen collision, they told me the bill was taken care of by J’s auto and that all the work was warranted by them! I’ve since driven the car to Arizona and put Over 7000 miles on with no problems I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them, i feel they are a very honest dealership that go out of there way to get the customer a vehicle they are happy with. Not many used car dealership would go the distance to satisfy a customer the way they treated me!!! Very satisfied customer!!!!”
