“This is a business that is sincerely interested in it's customers needs. They ask questions so you can find the product you want or possibly a better product that better suits your pets needs. They've also helped a great deal with increasing the wildlife habitats on my property. All around very knowledgeable people.”

“I came across this place by chance while looking for groomers in the area since PetCo was fully booked. I was very pleasantly surprised by Wags & Wiskers! I've never been in a pet store that was so welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our groomer was so helpful. We're new dog owners, and weren't exactly sure how we should have our pomeranian mix groomed, but she knew exactly what to do! It took less than two hours and our dog came out happy, fluffy, and smelling fresh! It was reasonably priced for the quality of care that we received, and we will definitely be making a trip back!”
“I needed cat food and I get your heartland brand I couldn't find it and the young lady Emma or Emily the cat girl was done work and the store was busy. She took time to help me find a food for my cat. She didn't need to do that she had to catch a bus to get home. She was wonderful. My cat however doesn't like the food, and you are out of heartland and it was so hard to get a food she liked. She's like a new cat on that food. Please restock soon. She's very picky. She just came off kidney food. That's just too expensive to keep feeding her if she doesn't need it. Your food was recommended by a customer of yours back in Pennsylvania.”

“Despite the bad reviews for this store, I bought an in-window pet door. It was the custom dimensions one, and the only one I could find that would work for my needs. The product arrived fairly quickly, within a week or two. The product is well made and high quality, and installation was easy. I'm confused as to the other bad reviews here because everything went so well for me. One reason is perhaps that ppl didn't measure their window or door correctly. You know what they say, measure twice, cut once. Really read their instructions and measure the way they ask you to and you should be good.”
