“We placed an order on 10/11/23 when they told us it would be 1 to 2 weeks for the order to be shipped. We are now 4 weeks later, and the order has not been shipped. Called them a few times and sent a request for an order status online with no response. I have sent two more emails and online requests for the order status today, and if there is no response soon, I will contact my bank.I will update my review if/when the order is received.11/13/23 called them today, and they are still waiting on the rails to come in. The expected date is 10/30 and will not be shipped until December.Received a package on 11/25.”

“We are very happy with invisible fence e for our sweet Bernadoodle! He is happy to stay in the area we have determined with invisible fence . He foesn't mind the collar at all. The only con etna is we lost our paascode to a chess the invisible fence information almost immediately. Is there any way to have a passcode?”
