Fran was great to work with as our coordinator to estimate our household and deliver boxes to us and tell us how to pack certain special items. Angie kept everyone in good contact with each other and both the crews loading the semi in MN and unloading in TX were kind,polite, efficient and hardworking men who did a great job with our belongings. And we can’t say enough positive things about our driver, Chris Roth, who was there for both the loading and unloading. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, timely, had good communication with the crews, good personality, and went above and beyond during delivery with extra care and work when my husband had to fly out for a family emergency to AZ. It was truly amazing to witness that kind of compassion in this day and age. We are truly grateful!”

“I was very impressed with the service I received. Loading day was nasty with snow. We received 8 inches of snow overnight and it was still snowing. I thought they'd cancel or postpone until later in the day. They arrived at the agreed time and went right to work. It snowed the whole time they were loading. They put down floor covers to protect the floors. They completed loading quicker than I thought they would. Excellent workers and very professional.”

“Jakes moving and storage team showed up and moved and packed some of my 3 bedroom apartment in just about 2 1/2 hours. Jake was very good with calling to follow up and providing earlier dates should they be available. They came with plenty of boxes, shrink wrap to protect my things, and truck big enough to move it all in one load. My items were being moved into a storage y it and they unloaded the items in a very orderly fashion. I was able to just sit in the car and keep my son busy. Moving is always stressful; but jake and the guys made it easy! I will be calling them back when I’m ready to move again.”

“We've used U-Pack for two cross country moves. They are an excellent value and have great customer service. I won't use another company in the future if I can help it. We used the pods previously, and recently the trailer. Not U-pack's fault at all but be diligent and careful about how things are packed in the trailer. Our movers were great at getting things packed in, but some items had damage from the rough ride and just gravity doing it's thing over thousands of miles. Again this is on us and is just a lesson learned about using a long-haul trailer.”
