“A little bit behind the scenes is always helpful in knowing where to take your business. I met the owner Tyler Zenke as he's also a volunteer basketball coach for children. His enthusiasm for the sport and the children is beyond explanation. His attention to detail is why they were 43 wins and 3 loses (amazing record). Not only did he train them as a very high-level playing team, but Tyler also consistently mentored them in treating people with respect and to be gentlemen (we need more of this in the world). I haven't had any work done by Auto Authority, but they would be my first choice. I can most certainly share with you that this man is one of integrity, faith and attention to detail. My family has always found our interaction with him to be at the highest level.”

“Recently bought a Roland GP6 from them. Although the order did take almost a month to come in, Marty was very apologetic. They just recently reworked their agreement with Roland to sell their pianos again. Although I had to call a few times to get updates, I did eventually get them regarding the shipment. Make sure you get a hold of Marty, though, as he can give you a better idea of when it will be received.The wait was all made up for with their delivery service though. Marty did the delivery and I could tell that he took great care in handling my eGrand Piano! I very much appreciated their service and was also thanked and once again apologized to for the delay.In the end I was very glad I went locally with SSE and Marty, versus ordering online. The white glove service in delivery alone was worth it!”

“I always am leary of going to best buy. The pressure from the associates to help you even if you don't want it. The pressure to then buy into things you don't need! But I was pleasantly surprised when going that after saying we had it under control that the associate backed off! I as a person with anxiety really appreciate that ability to breath get my bearings! And allowed me to find exactly what I wanted no pressure!”

I called Fixitpros and he immediately told me he could fix it and quoted me almost half the price the Mac guys quoted me!”
