Good place to have your vehicle serviced. Very good about informing of any extra work that they felt was necessary and gave me the choice to have them do the work or not.

Good job as always. They do a good job of explaining what the computer finds and what needs to be fixed at this time, based on safety, and what can hold off for a period of time based on a need to do it in the future.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonably timely fashion. They explained well to me what they’d need to do to my car. As they do at many garages, they did an additional full inspection but we’re not at all pushy trying to sell me on anything else and had a easy to use system indicating what was more/less worrisome and I could opt in or out to proceed fixing any issue they identified. They fixed the issue for which I brought my car and I’d say the price was fairly reasonable.

Cordell’s was amazing to work with. They are so thorough, professional, and they are very easy to talk to when you have several questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy automotive service center.

I took my car to Cordell's Automotive Service and Tire for a check to make sure my car was working has it should be. They did a full inspection and an oil change. They did a very complete service. The staff was friendly. I would recommend them highly.

60k tires we had put on by Cordell’s two years ago with less than 35k miles put on them were in terrible shape (we drive in town and highway only) and needed to be replaced and we were told we needed an oil change after I had it in less than a month and 1k miles ago… got to Sam’s and was told only two of four tires needed replacing and that the oil was fine. Went to Sam’s because we were quoted over $250 less for the exact same tires/installation… My trust is gone.

Dropped our car off for an issue and they quickly checked it, found the issue and repaired the car in a speedy manner. Friendly staff and will definitely go back.

Had shaking and veering issue with my new used SUV. They did a great job of not only fixing it but explaining everything to me and following up to make sure it was still doing ok. Great customer service!

Really enjoyed the service overview with pictures and problem descriptions provided after service.
Went in for an oil change, and Cordell’s checked over the whole car. They brought issues to my attention and recommended plans to address fixes, but did not push any unwanted repairs. Overall, an easy/fast oil change experience.

I love Cordell's! The staff and technicians are wonderful and will explain things in terms you can understand. They send a detailed report of their findings when they do an inspection or diagnostics. I forgot my wallet in my car and someone drove it to my house for me. Amazing customer service! I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else.
