Just called to request copies of invoices and the person answering the phone was probably one of the nicest people I've had to interact over the phone with. It was a breath of fresh air actually speaking to someone who sounds like they enjoy their job! :)

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER / LAST TIME CUSTOMER. !!! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR ONE PART. I HAD TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD CO TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CARD.
