“Well I have been working with TJ since November on getting some quotes for commercial insurance. I wanted a different agent because who I have I feel is not looking out for my needs. Due to my ignorance about the insurance industry and allowing my current agent to “shop around” for me , it tied TJ hands on being able to get more quotes for me . I won’t make the same mistake next year. I will be needing to stay where I am for now but next time I will tell my current agent no and reach back out to TJ for quotes and get him as my agent. TJ and I have talked on phone numerous times and communicated thru texts. I have truly enjoyed our conversations and feel like he worked hard to do what he could. As I said I tied his hands. It is comforting to know that they’re our people out there who are honest and hardworking who want the best for other people. His honesty and sincerity is a breath of fresh air in a world ful of selfishness and greed. I am disappointed that I could not get TJ as my insurance agent this year but rest assured he will be next year. Thank you so much TJ for the hard work you put in and your honesty in this crazy world today. It has been a pleasure talking with you and next year we will get it done.
