Had to file a dispute for 2 fraudulent charges from the same place on the same day. Banks are required by law to put the money back in an account while the dispute is being investigated, but Associated Bank didn't. And because my debit card had been compromised, it had to be cancelled. A new one was supposed to be ordered for me 10 days ago when I filed the dispute. I called this morning because I haven't received it, and was told someone made a mistake and it was never ordered. I was told I can't stop into a branch to pick it up, it has to be mailed to me. I have automatic bill payments set up with my debit card. Rather inconvenient not to have one for so long. And to top it all off, I got an updated policy from Associated Bank that I am supposed to accept. It states that by accepting it, I agree to all policy changes in this form AND ANY FUTURE POLICY CHANGES! Is that even legal? I am not going to agree to something I haven't seen and had the chance to read through!

Very snotty lady at the drive thru teller window, is it just me or do they act like they own all your money and have to ask every time you take it out what your spending it on. Maybe they should worry about there job instead of worrying about where your money is going. Its really sad how people act like they own your money when it isn't even theirs
