Cancelled my appt that I held for months because I didn’t confirm the day before. I got an email at 8:10 and a call at 12:58 saying they’re going to cancel at 2, which they did. We work night shift. This is when we sleep. Been going here for 3 years never missed an appt.

My cats receive excellent care from Dr. Tracy, she is always professional and personable, along with the entire staff. I have always been able to get my cats in for emergency visits, and only necessary tests get done. When I leave, I have a full understanding of care and diagnosis. Dr. Tracy has also given me many personal follow-up calls. I trust her and the vet staff completely and would highly recommend Trout Creek Veterinary Clinic.

I love Trout Creek! Every time I call, text, or go in for an appointment, everyone there is extremely nice and patient! They greeted my puppy by his name when I walked in which made me feel super welcomed! They are very informative and personable. I‘ve had great experiences with them so far!

Thank you to Dr. Tracy and her amazing team for saving our dog Winston! Trout Creek Veterinary Clinic has always been great for our dogs' wellness visits and neuter procedures, but when it came to needing emergency critical care today, we couldn't be more grateful for their quality care and for going beyond for Winston.

Dr. Tracy has been our vet for years. She is professional and caring. I have never seen a vet sit on the floor with the dogs to examine them. This really helps my dogs be less anxious as they do not need to be put on a large table. As for the cats Dr. Tracy will make accommodations to help with their anxiety as well. Personally my cats hate their carriers so as soon as we are in the exam room the cars are able to be out of their carriers and explore the room. Dr. Tracy will give patients as many options to choose form that are available. She does not cut corners and truly care for each patient she sees. Appointments never feel rushes as Dr. Tracy will ensure all questions are answered prior to leaving the room. I love their text line as I can ask about upcoming vaccine/ appointment needs. The convivence and accommodations at Dr. Tracy's clinic are superior to other vat offices.

Dr. Tracy is absolutely amazing! Her entire team is so welcoming! We have two German Shepherds and one is a reactive Shepherd, Dr. Tracy and her team is so amazing and understanding every time we come in the door! I’ll always bring my dogs here!

Our last vet is no longer treating patients. Our groomer recommended Trout Creek. I only brought my pup there for the first time yesterday. They did not disappoint! They seemed very gentle with him and friendly. The Doc was very informative and even caught something going on my boy before I did! The charges for treatment seemed within range of other vets. We are definitely pleased with Trout Creek so far.

First visit and I was so impressed. I had to euthanize my cat and they got me in right away even though I was not a client. I will be now. Very caring and sensitive.
