“I worked with Ben at this Verizon store. He remembered me from 2+ years ago. He was friendly, and attentive. He even stayed late to make sure my data transferred. I had a lot of data and it took quite a while to transfer to my new phone. He was very personable. I didn't feel like I was talking to a robot while waiting for the data to transfer. He is the reason I drive 45 minutes to go to this store instead of the store 15 minutes from my house.”
“Went in to turn on a new phone I purchased and it took literally 5 minutes to add the service. Super fast and didn't have to wait on the phone for an hour. The boost employees were also helpful and friendly probably the best experience I've had in a boost store.”
“I had a great experience when I stopped in to switch my plan and get a new phone the other night. The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new phone.”

“The staff is very friendly, Cellcom will always be there to help you with your questions and issues related to your cellphone service. They don't help with Facebook related stuff usually but I don't blame them, they are not affiliated with Facebook so why should they? Wait times can vary and I wouldn't walk in thinking your gonna get out in less than 30 minutes or so, they are very thorough.”

“The store is great and they have great staff… please make sure when set up new accounts or transferring from another carrier that all online accounts are set up correctly at the store with staff…. So every is done at store including the streaming services…. Everything…. Getting done at home and through online is a pain and delays it even more …. 5 months later …. As a whole I do recommend the service.”

“The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!”

“Brought a car stereo in to return/ exchange only to find out I didn't purchase the protection plan so I was only left one option. Make an appointment to have it sent to Sony for path forward. So I purchased a new Kenwood and thought that was my path forward. After waiting my turn for a while at geek squad, he asked what it was doing. He must have felt my pain and took care of everything! Great guy and very helpful. Problem solved, very happy I went to talk to them..”
“Great store and employees, but wouldn't recommend getting their service. At the end of the day the staff was very polite and only doing their job. Spectrum as a whole, never again. Charges too much and then is surprised by their customers bringing back their equipment. Only then do they want to offer you a "deal" so they can suck you in for another year and have to deal with the same b.s. over again. If you can offer me internet for 12 months at 29.99 after calling to cut it off; you can offer it to me all the time for way less than $115/ mo. Avoid them and their price gouging.”
